As a project for my Introduction to Information Studies class, I utilized Jakob Nielsen’s 10 heuristics for user interface design to analyze and create a detailed report of the desktop application of Zoom, a free web platform for video conferencing. The heuristics report contains key features of the platform's interface, as well as recommendations for improvements.
